The Sulphur Springs Festival was our first public viewing of the "Old McDonald's Farm" balloon. The balloon festival was added to the Dairy Festival in 2003 with 17 balloons participating. In 2004 the Dairy Festival doubled the amount of balloons to 34 and decided to have a special shape balloon attend this years festival. We were extremely fortunate that they choose us to be part of the their festival. Sulphur Springs is the Dairy capital of Texas and with that they wanted to have a special shape balloon that would carry the dairy theme. The winds didn't cooperate with us this weekend but we were able to inflate the balloon and stand it up for the crowd that had come to see the balloons. We would like to thank the residents of Sulphur Springs for their warmth and generosity.
